Overview

We are hiring a remote based Channel Marketing Manager (internally known as Marketing Manager). The purpose of this role is to develop and implement product and marketing strategies and marketing tactical in line with Fujifilm Business Innovation's business plan and product value proposition to meet customer's needs in the United States. The Marketing Manager understands customer segments and MFP/Printer market dynamics, and ensure new product launch plans are developed and executed to achieve our goals. Also drive to increase market awareness and generate leads with required marketing and branding campaigns.

Responsibilities:

    Provide an in-depth analysis of identified markets within the United States, industry and competitive insights with market backed research from both external facing resources with internal research using voice of customer, partners as data.
  • Launch appropriate product portfolio by identifying and assessing market needs, and develop product marketing strategy to target customers & market segments.
  • Recommend channel strategies and market coverage based on product value proposition.
  • Analyse market competition and develop responsive marketing strategies and required actions to Partners.
  • Initiate marketing campaigns by working with Fujifilm Business Innovation HQ Product Marketing team to maximize Return on Investment.
  • Develop pricing strategies align with product positioning and sales target.
  • Develop solutions portfolio, including partnership with 3rd party solution/software provider, to increase the value proposition and to differentiate Fujifilm Business Innovation.
  • Manage demand and supply forecast, and order appropriate stocks to Global SCM team.
  • Deploy brand campaigns aligning with Marketing communication team in FB(Japan HQ) to increase market recognition.
  • Manage financial performance in the United States, including related budgets and corporate allocations.

Success of the outcomes will be measured through:

  • Product financial performance (Revenue, GP and sold units) by partner and by product segment.
  • FB Brands market share increases and brand awareness/recognition and reputation.
  • Average achieved price by product and discount rate.
  • The number of Lead Generation, Opportunities and Won deals via social media network, digital marketing and direct mail marketing etc.
  • Voice of customers survey to End-users, Distributors and Resellers.
  • Employee satisfaction to build a culture of high performance and strong engagement.

Key responsibilities this role requires:

  • Thorough data analysis and formulation of market insights
  • Launch new products including preparation of sales materials and launch kit for Partners.
  • Arrange and execute product training to Distributors and Channel Partners.
  • Execute product lifecycle management including end of sales and end of services.
  • Lead FB's product certificate acquisition from various procurement organizations and associations for expanding business opportunities. (e.g. NASPO)
  • Response to Inquiries in terms of products and solutions.
  • Review products' financial performances of your portfolio and implement countermeasures on a monthly and quarterly basis (Units, Revenue and Gross Profit).
  • Manage supply and demand plan & forecast together with SCM to optimize stock level.
  • Support FB Own Brand Business Head to develop 1 year planning & 2nd half replanning and develop marketing KPIs.
  • Ongoing messaging that drives FB messaging for thought leadership and ways to position insight, thought leadership and collaboration.

Experience:

  • 5+ years B2B Marketing experience within MFP/Office products and software market.
  • Proven experience in delivering commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals.
  • Multi-disciplinary marketing background with understanding of the complete customer journey cycle.
  • Analytical thinking & Market research: Competitor analysis & complex strategy implementations, Go-to-market planning
  • Extensive financial management experience (Planning/Targeting, Budgeting, Forecasting & Accounting)
  • Strong ability to influence people and align remote teams to achieve goals and objectives
  • Proven interpersonal experience: Relationship building: Influencing, Presenting, Verbal and Written
  • Desirable) MBA or similar post graduate business qualification or experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
