Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst who will play a key role on the internal Testing Team and the broader Quality Assurance organization as we strive to deliver continuous improvement of systems and processes to satisfy business needs. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for understanding business objectives so that you can create test scenarios, perform tests, raise issues or defects, support the remediation process, and develop related training materials for successful delivery and adoption. As a QA Analyst, you will need to learn roles and processes across many facets of the business. If you are rewarded by positively improving your customers work experience, then this could be the role for you. More specifically, you will:

  • Understand current business functions, processes, and systems.
  • Support business objectives and goals for changing processes and/or systems.
  • Liaise with internal Business and Technology stakeholders to ensure understanding of business and technology initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge and experience across functional areas of business to identify system defects or constraints and recommend process or system improvements.
  • Execute end-to-end testing activities to ensure system changes meet business needs, including test solution architecture, test design, test execution and training & delivery support.
  • Investigate and document issues, bugs and errors found during testing cycles.
  • Create instructional materials and job aids suitable for launching system enhancements.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop pre-launch communications plan for process and system enhancements.
  • Assist in post training evaluation of knowledge, skills, and adoption of recently launched system enhancements.
  • Support Helpdesk tickets that require either testing or training to resolve.
