Job Summary

We are seeking a Physical Security Consultant to join our Team at Introba. Our Physical Security consultants are responsible for engaging, guiding and assisting our clients in developing achievable security programs based on industry best practices. While the successful candidate will be an Introba employee, the entirety of the candidate's responsibilities will be dedicated to providing design and engineering services for data center related security tasks for our client. These data centers help support the way we work, live, and communicate, and are located all over the world.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design of projects that are compliant with the client security design program and other design criteria.

  • Host and participate in design workgroups to coordinate all physical and electronic security matters of design: Civil, Structural, Architecture, Landscaping, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Telecom, EPMS, BAS and other design services.

  • Manage a large project portfolio within a set region (either US-West/CANADA or US-East/LATAM).

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within and outside of the client organization.

  • Attend weekly meetings with our client team and provide status updates on ongoing projects and design standard implementation.

  • Develop and issue scopes of service that identifies security consultant, engineer and integrator scopes of work for a project.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science strongly desired; Advanced Technical Knowledge & Experience within the security industry may be considered to meet requirement.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing the design or installation of electronic security systems.

  • Understanding of computer networks and telecommunications systems.

  • Understanding of construction documentation.

  • Proficient documentation and technical writing skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Teams.

  • Exposure to Computer-aided Design software platforms (AutoCAD, Revit) considered strongly beneficial.

  • Experience designing, installing, or coordinating security systems specifically for data centers considered strongly beneficial.


Additional Information

Introba is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of$90,000 - $170,000 annually for this position and local market.
