Position Objective:

The CCB Market Manager for CCB platform deposits will be a key role within the North America Liquidity Management Services team prioritizing critical deposit optimization and strategic liquidity initiatives. The Market Manager will focus on optimizing our business with CCB clients who have deposits on the TTS platform, growing utilization of money market funds and off-balance sheet investments as well as cash concentration products, optimizing the deposit portfolio and focusing on revenue accretive projects - Low NIM/Low RLAP repricing, Pricing Strategies, Managing deposit portfolio performance through various interest rate environments and Cash Management cohesion pitches to position TTS as one unified Cash Management solution.

The CCB Market Management role will be involved in a variety of initiatives across LMS, developing innovative solutions across all LMS products. This will involve identifying client needs, and working with Product, Sales, Operations, Technology and Banking teams to develop use cases, targeting and solution strategies. The role will be critical to meet strategic and financial targets.

Due to the complexity of regulatory and return metrics of client deposits, paired with internal balance sheet pressures, the CCB Market Manager will partner closely with LMS Balance Sheet Management and Product Management on critical deposit optimization and strategic liquidity initiatives aligned with directly improving balance sheet quality while managing existing client relationships.

This position will work closely with Sales and Product Management and will also spend some time with clients to better understand and articulate client needs back to the Product Management teams. The role will develop an in-depth understanding of competition in the market and develop strategies and approaches to mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities to grow the NAM LMS business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting CCB liquidity deals from a product perspective and serving as a primary contact for the CCB GNI sales and banking teams

* Lead in developing and executing strategy around rising rate environment in conjunction with Citi and CCB balance sheet needs and goals

* Analyzing key market trends and shifts, identifying competitor positioning and risks / opportunities for liquidity products

* Managing and coordinating across a complex set of stakeholders including clients, sales/coverage, product managers, technology, operations, client service, marketing, risk, and controls

* Meeting with senior stakeholders in TTS franchise and sales/banking teams to optimize liquidity revenues and client experience

* Participating in client discussions to understand client needs and determine opportunities for further client engagement.

* Lead reviews of NAM CCB deposits on the TTS platform to ensure high RLAP (Resolution Liquidity Adequacy Positioning) value, balance stability, and net interest margin (NIM) are all in alignment with expectations

* Analyze customer profitability and relative position in market.

* Provide Product performance feedback to Product Managers.

* Work with Product Managers to hold pre-launch meetings with Sales teams to create initial target market list and detailed marketing plans. Manage launch of products through marketing materials & client welcome kits.

* Understand Systematics rate pricing process and update accounts with proper pointers to ensure accounts set up properly. Work with CCB platform Market Management teammate and do cross-training knowledge of both platforms

* Ensure new wins are correctly implemented and communicated to operations and management
