    Key Responsibilities:

    The role is within the Liquidity Management Services COO team in TTS and reporting to the COO team lead. The role will focus on managing several key business management activities for the Liquidity Management Services (LMS) business. The role will focus on the following:

  • Support the COO team lead in driving the investment spend process for product development of the LMS business.
  • Work with the product teams to review and assess the performance of the LMS product solutions. Partner with the product teams and technology teams to develop and enhance the LMS product development strategy and roadmap and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate the monthly LMS Investment SteerCo agenda setting and material preparation.
  • Analyze and review client at risk findings, client pipeline, wins, and losses and establish a process to ensure integration of client experience findings into Investment strategies.
  • Develop efficient and robust processes at LMS level to track and challenge key business metrics and financial performance indicators (including business performance metrics, product release tracking, product development roadmap etc).
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Technology to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
  • Work closely with central TTS COO team and regional COO teams to ensure alignment in communication and relevant business management activities.
  • Support LMS COO in presentation material preparation for various ad hoc and regular management forums.
  • Partner with the Operations Center of Excellence team and regional/ product teams to drive efficiencies across the LMS teams.
  • Qualifications/ Knowledge/Experience:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years relevant work experience
  • Finance, Treasury, and Business Management experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage and influence within a matrix organization
  • Competencies: Strong organizational and communication skills; resilience; teamwork
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Product Management experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal orientated, and with agility to pivot based on evolving requirements
  • Highly organized, responsive, proactive and with excellent attention to details
  • Very Strong analytical and technical skills; Excellent excel skills required;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
