Posting Summary

The New High Energy Theory Center at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, invites applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Theoretical High Energy Physics, to begin September 1, 2020 or after. Applicant must hold a Ph.D. degree in Physics or a related field and have an outstanding record of research and publication in high energy theoretical physics, broadly construed. For an exceptional candidate, appointment at a more senior level may be considered.

We seek outstanding candidates in the broad areas of high energy theoretical physics. The successful candidate will be expected to establish an independent research program that will attract external funding, and will be expected to teach physics courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
