To be successful one will have:
- A B.A. Degree in Rehabilitation, the Social Sciences, or a related field and 5 years of experience in employment services and/or psychiatric rehabilitation; or any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required.
- Ability to learn and teach varied job skills and tasks to special needs population.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word, preferred.
- Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others, as well as at various levels of independence when needed.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail oriented.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Scope: - Required sitting for long periods of time.
- Light lifting and/or carrying, not to exceed 50 lbs.
