About the team:
You will become part of a global team of talented resources supporting a world class Credit and Debit transaction processing platform used in many countries around the world. What you will be doing:
YOU will be joining a team of experienced software support engineers whose primary responsibility is to ensure the Debit Card processing platform FIS provides for our clients maintain high levels of availability and quality. Your ability to collaborate, think creatively, and understand business and application-level data is key to our success. Additionally, in this role you will work with various internal product support teams to ensure priorities are met, customer issues are well understood, and the team has information required to solve tough problems.
