About the team:

We are a team of Professionals Network Engineers with years of experience in Firewall and Routing.

You will have the opportunity to explore different parts of the Network and broaden your knowledge.

What you will be doing:

You will be performing Firewall tasks such as scripting, reviewing, and implementing changes.

Assisting on troubleshooting issues.

Creating documentation for issues that arise from new designs or as a fix for outages.

Learning new technologies.

  • JNCIA, CCNP Security or other Certifications that are Security Related.
  • Performs firewall configurations and deploys network changes on the firewalls.
  • Follows documented network services processes and procedures for scripting and implementation
  • Monitors, responds and provides resolution for network problems.
  • Utilizing Service Now to monitor queue and documents the task or change status based on client requirements.
  • Performs customer service duties and responds to customer requests as defined by management.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve workflow and creates supporting documentation for review by peers and management.
  • Prepares activity reports as requested by management.
  • Responds to customer requests as defined by management completing assignments in a timely manner with an acceptable level of quality.
  • Maintains network services documentation related to work area.
  • Completes network change requests in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Follow change management practices in accordance with organization's change management policies.
  • Desired working knowledge on the Panorama, NSM and FortiManager
  • Follows documented network services processes and procedures - identifies gaps in processes or documentation and suggests improvements.

What you bring:

  • Working knowledge of Firewall from multiple vendors: Juniper, Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto
  • 3-5 Years of experience minimum
  • Routing Knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • JNCIA, CCNP Security or other Certifications that are Security Related.
  • Knowledge of network technologies, e.g., routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, network and routing protocols, DNS


Added bonus if you have:

  • Understanding of ITSM tool like Service Now
  • Working knowledge of WireShark (review captures)
  • Working knowledge of NetBrain
  • Working knowledge of Visio
