Performs as required by job order or supervisor's direction all groundskeeping functions as specified by grounds foreman or manager. Responsibilities Safely operates all types of mechanical equipment. Gardening and small power tools. Capable of proper pruning and cultivation work of trees, ornamentals and turf. Must be experienced in the care of maintenance of landscapes.

Operates heavy duty motorized landscaping equipment, lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc. as required for maintenance of landscaped grounds. Operates snow plows and excavation equipment, tractors, bobcats, spreaders, and automated sweepers. Operates steam pressure cleaners and pressure washers. Moves very heavy equipment, utilizing hydraulic lifts and all other methods re
