Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Work Assistant within the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. Directly under the supervision of the Dr. Christina Amaro, the Work Assistant will support research focused on improving health outcomes and healthcare delivery for children, adolescents, and their families impacted by pediatric cancer and blood disorders. Current lab projects focus on developing and evaluating family-centered psychosocial interventions, including an online single-session intervention to support adolescent siblings of children with cancer. The Work Assistant will attend weekly lab meetings and work on various research activities, including collecting data, cleaning transcribed interviews, and coding qualitative data.
