Time to Get Noticed
Share
It’s 2015 and many are still counting down, still creating their list of resolutions or have already dropped the ball. I’m here to give you some guidance to make 2015 the year you finally get rewarded for making a difference in people’s lives.

#1 Know Your Customer Needs

Your sustainable competitive advantage is your ability to determine what your customers needs are, create quality programs, or perform quality keynotes that will satisfy those needs.

Your clients are the lifeblood of the business. If you have no clients, you have no future. Your focus MUST be on managing each client’s experience with you. Every experience, every contact is a “moment of truth,” an opportunity for you to enhance or diminish your clients loyalty to you. Each person associated with your business must realize a customer-focused attitude and is driven to customer-loyalty.

#2 Characterize Your Impact

“I want to make a difference,” what does that mean to you? Still not clear? Ask yourself “How do I want to change people’s lives? What will people get from working with me? How am I making a difference?” How you make a difference will change over time, but know your true self and what change do you want to make.

#3 Exceed Client Expectations

Go the extra mile for your clients. Don’t satisfy their needs, exceed their expectations. Do more than they expect and you will SHINE. Word of mouth is still the most powerful promotion available. Happy clients will tell others about you.

Bottom Line

You have total control over how 2015 will end for you. It’s not too late to get started. Picture yourself receiving testimonials and thank you notes from happy clients saying how you changed their life. Clients referring you to others and calling you asking for a repeat orders.

In 2014 I was helping people start their business. My goal for 2015 is to help 10,000 people have greater confidence and accelerate their business. I’m on a mission and you’re invited to join us on this journey. We’ll be sharing the five-steps to grow your confidence and make a difference in your life and the lives of others.
